The black-and-white checkered floors catch your eye first, then the classic cars visible through the glass doors, reminding you this isn't your typical party space. The Dining Room & Courtyard combines industrial elegance with automotive heritage, creating something genuinely different for your celebration. We've designed this space to flow effortlessly between indoor sophistication and outdoor freedom. The main dining area accommodates 120 seated guests comfortably, with contemporary furniture arranged beneath soaring ceilings and walls adorned with eclectic artwork. Natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows during daytime events, while evening parties take on a more intimate glow. The mezzanine level creates visual interest and offers guests different perspectives of the festivities below. What really transforms events here is how the courtyard connects through fully retractable glass doors. Your guests can drift between the checkered floors inside and the fresh air outside, cocktails in hand, creating that perfect party flow. The outdoor space works brilliantly for pre-dinner drinks or late-night conversations under the stars, with elegant long tables ready for alfresco dining when the weather cooperates. Our spacious catering kitchen means your chosen caterers can work their magic without missing a beat. Whether you're planning a milestone birthday for 150 guests during cocktail hour or an intimate dinner party, the infrastructure supports it all. Air conditioning keeps summer parties comfortable, while Wi-Fi ensures those Instagram moments get shared instantly. East Finchley Underground station sits just five minutes away on foot, and unlike most London venues, we provide complimentary on-site parking, a genuine relief for guests. Your own DJ can set up exactly where you want them, you control the music and bar arrangements completely, and that private entrance means your party remains exclusively yours from start to finish.
