Pascal Aussignac's Michelin-starred kitchen serves as the beating heart of our whole venue, where up to 50 guests can gather for an exclusive celebration. The original marble facades from this building's Lyon's Tea House days frame your party perfectly, while warm wooden floors and olive-green banquettes create an atmosphere that feels both grand and intimate. We've arranged the dining room to encourage conversation, with tables dressed in crisp white linens and chairs upholstered in jewel tones of yellow and teal. Natural light pours through our large windows during daytime events, while evenings bring a softer glow that transforms the space. The layout works beautifully for wedding receptions, where guests move naturally between courses and toasts, or for corporate dinners where privacy matters. Our Executive Chef creates bespoke menus drawing from southwest France, particularly the Gascon region. Each dish tells a story, whether you choose our seasonal tasting menu or prefer à la carte selections. The wine list deserves special mention, our sommeliers have assembled both celebrated bottles and hidden gems from Gascony that pair wonderfully with the cuisine. Many hosts begin their evening in Le Bar, our adjacent space where welcome drinks set the tone before dinner. We work on a minimum spend basis rather than charging venue hire fees, which gives you flexibility in planning your event.
