The living tree stretches up through Bennett's, our semi-private space where up to 50 guests can gather beneath its branches. Natural light pours through the large windows, illuminating the exposed brick walls decorated with artistic murals, while the mix of high tables and comfortable benches creates different zones for conversation throughout the room. Our self-service wine machines are right here too, giving your guests access to over 100 wines by the glass. We've watched countless parties unfold as people discover new favourites, moving between the machines with their wine cards, comparing notes on that unexpected Grüner Veltliner or debating the merits of different Tempranillos. The interactive element tends to spark conversations between guests who might not have met before. Bennett's works brilliantly for milestone birthdays where groups want their own corner of the venue, engagement parties that spill between the high tables and benches, or relaxed corporate gatherings where teams can unwind after presentations. We've equipped the space with everything you might need: projector, flipchart, PA system, and reliable Wi-Fi, though most parties end up focusing more on the wine discoveries than the tech. Our kitchen serves everything from quick bites to substantial sharing platters directly to Bennett's. The grilled octopus and ricotta arancini pair particularly well with wine exploration, and we can arrange structured tastings with our sommeliers if you'd prefer guided discovery over self-service adventure. Five minutes' walk from New Street Station puts us within easy reach for guests coming from across Birmingham and beyond.
