The Max Rayne Atrium transforms daytime conferences into evening cocktail parties with remarkable ease. Our most photographed space features a soaring vaulted glass roof that creates natural spotlighting throughout the day, while purpose-built lighting takes over after sunset. We've hosted everything from pharmaceutical product launches to charity auctions here, and the 200-person standing capacity means proper circulation space for networking without that sardine-tin feeling. The ground-floor location proves particularly popular with our corporate clients, no lifts or stairs to navigate, just straight through from reception. We installed the sound system specifically for this acoustic environment, so whether you're giving a keynote presentation or having background music during drinks, the audio carries perfectly without echo. The neutral stone flooring and cream walls mean your branding or florals become the focal point, while the permanent greenery adds warmth without competing. Our events team arranges the space according to your needs, theatre-style seating for 80, cabaret rounds, or completely clear for standing receptions. The built-in bar area sits discreetly to one side, allowing service without disrupting your event flow. We hold an alcohol licence until 11pm, though many clients appreciate that the natural light makes afternoon events equally atmospheric. The kitchen connects directly to The Atrium, so hot canapés arrive genuinely hot, and our chef handles kosher and halal requirements as standard practice. Bond Street Station is four minutes on foot, Oxford Circus about six, and most taxi drivers know exactly where Wimpole Street meets Oxford Street.
