The Gallery catches your eye the moment you walk past, with its neon artwork casting pink and blue hues across velvet chairs and marble-topped tables. We've designed this space to feel like the sophisticated living room you wish you had, where 50 guests can mingle comfortably while overlooking the energy of our main restaurant below. The room has this brilliant duality, it feels exclusive and intimate while still being connected to the buzz of the hotel. Those plush velvet seats? Perfect for smaller groups who want to chat over cocktails. The marble tables work brilliantly for canapé displays, and we've seen some creative setups here, from product showcases to birthday celebrations that go on until 3am thanks to our late license. What makes The Gallery special is how the lighting transforms throughout the evening. During afternoon gatherings, natural light floods in, but come evening, those neon pieces create this almost gallery-like atmosphere that gets everyone talking. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable even when the dance floor gets busy, and our WiFi handles whatever tech requirements you throw at it. We're tucked just off George Street, so your guests can pop over from Princes Street shopping or St Andrew Square without breaking a sweat.
