The bull's head sculpture presides over our Whole Space, watching as Glasgow's most memorable parties unfold beneath its gaze. Our former milking ground on Byres Road has become the backdrop for celebrations that demand more than the ordinary, where exposed brick walls frame gatherings of up to 140 guests for standing receptions, or 87 for seated dinners around our round tables. We've arranged our butterscotch leather booths and dark wood furnishings to create natural conversation pockets throughout the room. The wall of wine bottles catches the light differently as evening falls, while our adjustable lighting lets you set exactly the right mood, whether you're hosting a milestone birthday bash or a corporate celebration that needs to impress. For more intimate gatherings, our cabaret setup accommodates 50 guests perfectly. Our kitchen team takes particular pride in serving grass-fed Scottish beef, matured for at least 21 days and carved tableside for seated dinners. The chateaubriand for two has become something of a legend among our regular party hosts, though we're equally happy creating custom menus for larger groups. Vegetarian guests rave about our roasted beetroot, shaved fennel and sesame seed salad, proof that every guest leaves satisfied. The layout flows naturally from our main dining area to more secluded corners, allowing different energy levels within the same celebration. We've hosted everything here in the West End, from raucous birthday parties that spill across the entire space to elegant wine tastings where guests appreciate our carefully selected list. Our team knows how to adapt the room to match your vision, with Wi-Fi keeping everyone connected and paid parking nearby making arrivals stress-free.
