The Concorde Gallery transforms your special occasions with 500 guests mingling beneath the gleaming fuselage of the world's most famous supersonic aircraft. We've designed this space to make the most of its aviation heritage while providing everything modern celebrations demand. The gallery spans an impressive floor area where we regularly host wedding receptions, corporate celebrations, and gala dinners. The aircraft overhead creates natural conversation points throughout your event, while our flexible layout accommodates everything from formal banquets for 312 to cocktail receptions for up to 500 guests. Our adjustable lighting system lets you shift the mood from bright and energetic during drinks to warm and intimate for dinner service. We work exclusively with Fosters Events for catering, who bring seasonal menus and beautiful presentation to match the grandeur of the space. Their team understands how to work within our unique environment, serving everything from canapé receptions to multi-course dinners with smooth efficiency. The gallery's modern infrastructure includes Wi-Fi throughout, full PA system capabilities, and air conditioning that keeps guests comfortable even during summer celebrations. Getting here couldn't be easier, with extensive parking right outside and quick access from Bristol's main transport routes. Many couples and event planners appreciate that their guests can explore the museum's interactive exhibits during reception drinks, adding an unexpected dimension to the celebration.
