Perched on the first floor of the Trinity Stand, this L-shaped room wraps around the corner of the building, creating natural zones for different parts of your event while maintaining an open, connected feel. The suite's private bar becomes a focal point under stylish pendant lighting, where guests naturally gather as they arrive. We've kept the wooden flooring throughout, which warms up the space alongside the contemporary furniture we can arrange however suits your numbers, whether that's 30 around a boardroom table or 200 mingling with drinks in hand. Those floor-to-ceiling windows frame the pitch on one side and parkland views on the other, flooding the room with daylight that changes character as your event progresses. Our audio-visual setup includes plasma screens positioned so everyone can see presentations clearly, backed by 3-phase power for any additional equipment you need to bring. The private cloakroom means coats and bags stay secure without cluttering the space, while lift access from ground level makes arrival straightforward for all guests, including wheelchair users. For corporate gatherings, we often configure the room theatre-style for 90 or cabaret-style for 56, leaving space for the refreshment breaks that keep energy levels high.
