OXBO Restaurant wraps you in warm wood and exposed brick the moment you step inside, with those distinctive mounted animal heads watching over diners from their perches on the rustic walls. We've created a space where 168 guests can gather comfortably, whether you're hosting a milestone birthday dinner or a corporate celebration that needs something more memorable than another hotel function room. The geometric black-and-white tiles beneath your feet create a striking contrast to the rich wooden ceiling above, while our contemporary chandeliers cast just the right glow across leather booths and wooden tables. We've arranged the seating so larger parties can spread out across multiple tables, or smaller groups can tuck into one of our more intimate corners. Our open kitchen brings theatre to your event, with chefs working their magic in full view of your guests. The locally sourced menu changes with the seasons, drawing on European influences that pair perfectly with selections from The Distillery, our gin bar just next door. Your guests can start with drinks on the terrace there before joining you in the restaurant for dinner. The beauty of hosting your celebration at OXBO is the flexibility we offer.
