The Clubhouse at Kempton Park Racecourse transforms from a vibrant race day viewing gallery into one of our most adaptable event spaces. Those floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the track create an atmosphere you won't find in a conventional conference centre, with natural light streaming across the blue and gold patterned carpet throughout the day. We've hosted everything from product launches for 275 guests to intimate board meetings for 30, and the space moulds itself to each occasion. Round tables dressed in black linens seat 160 comfortably for dinner parties, while our theatre setup accommodates 200 for presentations. The built-in projectors and teleconferencing equipment handle hybrid events smoothly, and our tech team ensures your presentations run without a hitch. Our bar runs along one wall, serving as both a focal point and practical refreshment station. During evening celebrations, bartenders craft cocktails while guests mingle against the backdrop of the illuminated racecourse. For corporate parties, we've seen teams use the adjacent outdoor areas for drinks receptions when weather permits, adding another dimension to their events.
