The exposed brick arches of our Vaulted Wine Bar curve overhead like an ancient cellar, creating one of the most atmospheric party spaces you'll find beneath the City streets. Down here, away from the bustle of Leadenhall Market above, we've carved out a space where 85 guests can gather for standing receptions, or 45 can sit down to celebrate around our wooden tables. The warm glow from our carefully positioned lighting brings out the texture in the original brickwork, while black leather chairs and polished wooden floors add a sophisticated edge to the rustic foundations. We've hung artwork throughout the space, giving your guests conversation starters beyond the impressive architecture itself. The versatile layout means you can start with drinks and canapés around the well-stocked bar, then transition to seated dining as the evening progresses, or keep things flowing with a standing reception all night. Our position beneath Leadenhall Market puts you right in the financial district, with Bank, Monument and Liverpool Street stations all within walking distance. Your guests will enjoy discovering us through the Victorian market's ornate ironwork and painted shopfronts, descending into our characterful cellar space that feels wonderfully removed from the corporate world above. The bar becomes the focal point for wine tastings and cocktail parties, with our extensive collection providing plenty of options for your event. Whether you're planning a milestone birthday, company celebration, or simply gathering friends for an evening of good wine and conversation, the intimate atmosphere created by those vaulted ceilings makes every gathering feel special. We should note that the historic building and below-ground location mean we don't have disabled access, something to consider when finalising your guest list.
