The Wine Cellar Mixed Seating sits at the back of Le Vignoble Bristol, where the industrial bones of the Fermentation Buildings create an intimate cave-like atmosphere. This semi-private space wraps around you with exposed brick walls that catch the warm vintage lighting, while our signature Enomatic wine machines stand ready along one wall, their sleek glass fronts displaying selections from our 400-bottle collection. We've arranged this space to work flexibly for groups up to 25 guests. Aged leather Chesterfield sofas cluster in one corner for relaxed conversation, while restaurant-style tables occupy the main area, ready to be configured for your specific gathering. The room naturally divides into zones, letting some guests explore wines at the self-service stations while others settle into deeper discussions on the sofas. For corporate wine tastings, we often see groups start at the Enomatic machines, sampling different regions before gathering around tables for guided sessions with our wine experts. Birthday celebrations tend to flow between the seating areas, with guests gravitating to the wine stations throughout the evening. The PA system handles background music or presentations equally well, and many groups bring their own playlists to set the mood. Our catering works particularly well in this space. Tapas boards circulate easily between the mixed seating, while canapé service flows naturally around both standing and seated guests. Bowl food proves popular for networking events, letting attendees balance a glass and plate while moving between conversations.
