The Drawing Room greets you with the warm glow of its working fireplace and the soft light filtering through tall windows draped in heavy fabric. Rich wood paneling climbs the walls, interrupted by historical portraits that have watched over countless gatherings through the years. We've arranged deep red sofas and armchairs throughout the space, creating intimate conversation areas that work equally well for champagne receptions or informal networking. Our Drawing Room accommodates up to 60 guests for standing receptions, 50 for seated dinners, or 45 in theatre configuration. The chandelier overhead casts a gentle light across the space, while the natural daylight through those generous windows means your afternoon events feel bright and welcoming. Come evening, the room transforms, the fireplace crackling as guests settle in for dinner or drinks. We've installed a projector, flatscreen TV and PA system discreetly into the historical architecture, so your presentations run smoothly without disrupting the room's character. Our alcohol licence runs until 23:00, perfect for those post-conference drinks or celebration toasts. The lift provides access for all guests, and our in-house catering team serves everything from working lunches to elaborate banquet menus. Corporate gatherings find the Drawing Room particularly suitable for board meetings (we can seat 30 around the table) or U-shaped configurations for 56.
