Walking beneath the railway arch on Druid Street, you'll find The Doodle Bar - Dining Room, where Victorian brickwork curves overhead and the walls themselves become part of your event. We've kept the industrial bones of this Bermondsey space intact, with soaring vaulted ceilings that create an impressive backdrop for any gathering. Our dining room centres around chunky tables and benches we've crafted from reclaimed boat timber, each piece weathered by years at sea before finding new life here. The wood's natural patina pairs beautifully with the poured concrete floors that have developed their own character over time. Groups of 20 can gather boardroom-style around these substantial tables, while we can arrange classroom seating for 40 or theatre-style for 80 guests. What makes dining here truly memorable are the giant chalkboard walls surrounding the space. We provide fresh chalk for guests to sketch, write messages, or create collaborative artwork during their meal. Corporate teams use them for brainstorming sessions over lunch, while celebration dinners often end with walls covered in well-wishes and doodles. The artwork changes daily, ensuring each visit feels distinct. Our bar serves as both focal point and social hub, stocked with local craft beers and over 20 carefully selected gins that pair perfectly with our signature Doodle burgers and hand-cut fries.
