À propos de Downstairs section
50 Banquet
60 Réception
When our resident bands strike up on Saturday nights, the energy flows right through to our Downstairs Section, where exposed brick walls catch the warm glow of string lights and neon signs. This semi-private space sits at the heart of our Birmingham pub, giving you and up to 60 standing guests (or 50 seated) the perfect balance of having your own area while still feeling the pulse of Broad Street. We've arranged leather booths and wooden tables throughout the space to create natural conversation spots, whether you're hosting a birthday party, casual networking event, or just gathering friends for drinks and dinner. The ceiling greenery softens the urban feel, while large windows flood the area with natural light during afternoon celebrations. Your guests can easily grab drinks from the nearby bar without missing any of the action, and our kitchen serves proper pub food all day to keep everyone happy. The ground-level location means everyone can access your event easily, whether they're coming from Symphony Hall, The Ikon Gallery, or hopping off at Five Ways Station. During evening parties, the neon signage comes alive and the atmosphere shifts as the lights dim, creating that perfect party mood. Our professional sound equipment means you'll hear every note from the resident DJ crystal clear, adding to the energy without overwhelming conversation. What works brilliantly about this space is how it adapts to your needs. Corporate groups love the booth seating for informal meetings that transition into social events, while birthday parties appreciate having their own defined area without feeling cut off from the main venue. Our team handles all the logistics, from arranging the space to coordinating food and drinks, so you can focus on your guests and enjoy the authentic Irish pub atmosphere we've cultivated here in Birmingham's entertainment district.
