The Garden Room presents itself as a conservatory sanctuary where glass meets greenery, offering 100 guests space to mingle beneath a soaring transparent ceiling. We've designed this room to blur the boundaries between indoors and out, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of our private courtyard gardens whilst natural light floods across warm wooden floors throughout the day. White-framed architecture creates clean lines that complement the carefully placed potted plants dotting the space, bringing nature indoors without overwhelming the contemporary feel. Our guests particularly appreciate how the room transitions effortlessly from bright morning workshops to evening cocktail parties, with the changing light creating different moods as day turns to dusk. For practical purposes, we've equipped the space with high-speed Wi-Fi, a projector, flatscreen TV and PA system, ensuring your technical requirements are seamlessly met. The direct access to our private courtyard transforms summer drinks receptions and networking events, allowing guests to flow between spaces as conversations develop. During cooler months, the glass structure creates a greenhouse effect, keeping everyone comfortable whilst maintaining that outdoor connection. Transport couldn't be simpler, with Hyde Park Corner Station just minutes away, making arrival stress-free for London-based guests and those travelling from further afield. We can arrange catering through our approved suppliers who know the space intimately and work within our kitchen facilities to deliver exactly what your event requires. The Garden Room connects directly to our Auditorium when you need additional capacity, though many find this glass-walled haven provides exactly the right atmosphere for celebrations, corporate gatherings, and everything in between. Our event coordinators work closely with you to configure the space precisely for your needs, whether that's an elegant standing reception or a more structured corporate presentation.
