The Tithe Barn's wagon wheel chandeliers cast warm pools of light across the original 13th-century oak beams, while your guests settle into their seats beneath soaring stone walls that have witnessed centuries of Yorkshire celebrations. We've carefully restored this medieval barn to preserve its authentic character, from the light-stone walls that glow golden in candlelight to the ancient timbers that frame the space overhead. Round tables dressed with florals and candelabras create intimate conversation spaces throughout the barn, where up to 120 of your guests can dine together or gather for ceremonies. For cocktail-style celebrations, we can welcome up to 150 people, with the wooden floors providing the perfect surface for dancing as the evening progresses. Those large windows flood the space with natural light during daytime events, illuminating the intricate stonework that our restoration team spent months revealing. Our Yorkshire caterers work from the estate kitchens to create everything your celebration needs, whether that's an elegant three-course dinner or relaxed sharing platters that encourage guests to mingle. The barn comes equipped with its own bar area where we serve carefully chosen wines and local ales, while the dedicated dancefloor invites everyone to stay late into the evening. The surrounding gardens offer countless spots for photographs, with manicured lawns stretching out from the barn doors. Your guests staying in our nine estate bedrooms can stroll across for breakfast the next morning, extending the celebration without any rush. We're positioned near Doncaster with good transport links, yet the estate feels completely private once you turn into our driveway.
