The **Mackintosh Suite** fills with Glasgow sunlight from those floor-to-ceiling windows, and you'll find yourself drawn to the views while your guests settle in. We've hosted everything here, from product launches that spill into the evening to intense strategy sessions where teams need space to think. The high ceilings give the room a sense of occasion without feeling overwhelming, and with capacity for up to 60 people, you've got proper flexibility. Two large presentation screens mean everyone gets a clear view, whether you're running a training workshop or unveiling something special. Our superfast Wi-Fi handles whatever tech demands you throw at it, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even when discussions heat up. We keep unlimited tea and coffee flowing throughout your event, and our fully equipped kitchen means catering can be as simple or elaborate as you need. The suite works brilliantly in different configurations. Theatre style fits 60 for presentations, banquet layout seats 60 for dining events, or arrange 24 around the boardroom table for focused discussions. U-shaped works well for 27 participants in interactive sessions, while classroom style accommodates 40 for training days. Standing receptions flow naturally with space for 45 guests. You'll find us right in Glasgow city centre, a short walk from Queen Street Station and Buchanan Bus Station. The building has proper wheelchair access throughout, and there's paid parking nearby for those driving in. Our reception team handles the practical bits, from AV setup to pointing guests in the right direction. Very central location with good facilities and the staff were all very helpful. Well equipped kitchen area. Would recommend and intend to use the office space again.

Excellent all round. Great staff and having reception on the first floor is so much better. Great warm welcome this morning and everything was great-I couldn't work the coffee machine in the kitchen but that's just me.
