The Oak Room surrounds you with pale English oak panels that catch the light just so, creating the kind of warm atmosphere where conversations flow naturally and deals get done. We've furnished this space with a table designed by Bauhaus master Mies van der Rohe, paired with leather chairs that make those long boardroom sessions surprisingly comfortable. Up to 10 guests can gather around the table, though we often reconfigure for standing receptions of 15 when the occasion calls for it. The art collection here tends to spark conversation, Yayoi Kusama's "Pumpkins" sits alongside original drawings from The Beatles' "Yellow Submarine," pieces our family has carefully collected over the years.
