At Hawksmoor Air Street, our Full Venue Hire transforms both floors into your private domain, where ten floor-to-ceiling stained-glass windows cast kaleidoscopic light across rich wooden herringbone floors. From your elevated position above 5A Air Street, your guests can watch Piccadilly's constant theatre unfold while sipping lychee martinis at our expansive bar that runs the length of one wall. Our grand spiral staircase becomes a dramatic focal point as guests flow between the bar and dining spaces. The emerald leather banquettes wrap around the room, creating intimate corners within the larger space, while round tables and booth seating offer flexibility for groups who want to cluster together or spread out. We can accommodate 160 seated for dinner or 230 standing for cocktail receptions, with our events team expertly configuring the layout to suit your celebration.
