That striking chevron flooring runs throughout every corner of BFI Stephen Street, creating a visual thread that connects all our spaces when you book the whole venue. We've got 21 Stephen Street entirely at your disposal, from the bright red reception walls that greet your guests to the covered terrace where the party often spills out. Our main reception lounge becomes the heart of most events, comfortably holding 150 standing guests or 120 seated. Those green velvet sofas dotted throughout create perfect spots for people to gather and chat between dancing or presentations. Natural light pours through the windows during daytime events, while our pendant lighting sets the mood for evening celebrations. The real beauty of having exclusive use is how the spaces flow together. Your guests can move freely between the buzzing main lounge, step onto the terrace for fresh air, or slip into one of our two 36-seat screening rooms for a surprise film showing or video tribute. We've seen birthday parties incorporate movie marathons, product launches use the screens for demos, and corporate celebrations blend presentations with proper parties.
