The rooftop bar catches the last rays of Sussex sunlight as our events team sets up for another gathering at Airspace. This seventh-floor terrace crowns Plus X Brighton with 360-degree views stretching from the South Downs to the city's creative quarter below, where your guests will find themselves quite literally on top of Brighton's innovation scene. We've designed Airspace around those bright yellow picnic tables you'll spot immediately, their industrial powder-coating matching the corrugated metal walls that shield the space while maintaining its open-air character. Native grasses sway in planters alongside flowering species we've chosen specifically to thrive in coastal winds, creating natural boundaries between conversation areas. The grey and yellow colour scheme runs throughout, giving the terrace its distinctive modern edge while complementing whatever decorations you bring. Our fully licensed bar anchors one end of the terrace, ready for our events team to operate or for you to bring in your preferred Brighton pop-up. We regularly host 150 guests for standing receptions here, with the space flowing naturally between the bar area and multiple seating zones. For more structured events, we arrange cabaret-style seating for 60, or theatre-style rows when you need everyone facing the same direction. The terrace works brilliantly for summer parties, product launches, and networking events where guests appreciate the fresh air and rooftop setting. We've hosted sunrise yoga sessions, sunset cocktail receptions, and midday team celebrations up here. The industrial aesthetic provides a striking backdrop for photography, while the elevated position offers natural privacy from street level. Transport couldn't be simpler, with Brighton station and multiple bus routes serving the Preston Barracks area. Our lift whisks guests directly to the seventh floor, where they step out onto this unexpected rooftop oasis above Brighton's bustling creative quarter.
