Up on the 9th floor of voco Manchester City Centre, Portland Heights commands the kind of views that stop conversations mid-sentence. We've watched countless guests pause at those floor-to-ceiling windows, drinks in hand, as Manchester spreads out beneath them in all its glory. The space itself adapts brilliantly to whatever you have in mind. We can seat 150 for a formal dinner with proper elbow room, or open it up for 200 guests mingling with cocktails.
