The Cooks' Room brings something truly special to private dining in Borough Market. Our chefs work their magic right in front of your guests in this open kitchen dining space, where up to 18 people can gather around our long communal table while watching their feast come to life. We've preserved the character of this Victorian warehouse beautifully. The original parquet flooring, salvaged from an RAF base, gleams under warm lighting, while reclaimed London Underground tiles line the walls, each one carrying its own piece of the city's history. Copper pots and pans hang ready for use, and our shelves display an impressive collection of cookbooks that our chefs actually reference during service. Four additional seats at our wide copper countertop put your most curious guests right at the heart of the action, where they can chat with our chefs as they prepare your chosen menu. The room works brilliantly for everything from engagement celebrations to corporate dinners, and we've equipped it with a mobile screen for those who need to combine business with pleasure. Our in-house team handles everything from the cooking to the cocktails, with full bar service available until 11 PM. The space stays comfortable year-round thanks to air conditioning, and we've ensured full wheelchair accessibility throughout.
