The rich red walls and heavy curtains of our Theatre create an immediate sense of anticipation as you step inside. This Victorian performance space has hosted everything from experimental dance pieces to corporate product launches, and each event brings its own energy to the room. The sprung wooden floor beneath your feet was originally laid for dancers, though these days it's just as likely to support a drinks reception for 200 guests as a contemporary performance. We can configure the space however works best - pull out the retractable seating for 120 people watching a presentation, arrange cabaret tables for 80 at a more social gathering, or clear the floor entirely for movement workshops and parties. Our full lighting rig transforms the atmosphere completely. We've watched CEOs deliver keynotes under theatrical spotlights and seen birthday parties become disco wonderlands with the same kit. The sound system handles everything from subtle background music to full theatrical productions, while our projection setup means PowerPoints look surprisingly dramatic on stage. Behind the main space, performers appreciate the proper dressing room with those classic Hollywood bulb mirrors. The backstage bar keeps speakers calm before their moment, and having a green room means your VIPs have somewhere comfortable to wait. Our technical team can run the whole show if needed, or just hand over the controls if you've brought your own crew.
