Walking into the Park room feels like discovering exactly what you've been searching for in Shoreditch. This ground-floor studio combines everything we love about our historic Perseverance Works building with the flexibility modern events demand. The reverse cove ceiling soars over 15 feet above your head, creating drama without trying too hard, while those original windows flood the space with the kind of natural light photographers dream about. We recently installed rubberised heated flooring throughout Park, which not only keeps guests comfortable during winter events but also creates this wonderful reflective quality that makes the whole room glow. The polished surface works brilliantly for everything from dance floors at parties to stable footing during standing receptions. Those exposed brick walls and industrial columns? They're the real deal, part of the building's original structure that gives every event here authentic East London character. The beauty of Park lies in how it transforms. We can set it up for 200 guests in theatre style when brands want to unveil something special, or create a more intimate cabaret layout for 75 when the vibe needs to be more conversational. For seated dinners, we comfortably accommodate 50 guests with proper space for catering service and mingling. The room's proportions mean nobody feels cramped, even at full capacity. Our location between Old Street and Shoreditch High Street stations puts your guests right where they want to be, surrounded by East London's creative energy. The ground-floor access makes load-in straightforward for production teams, while those spectacular windows become a feature in themselves as evening falls and the studio lighting takes over. Every configuration we've tried in Park works because the fundamentals, from acoustics to sightlines, were right from the start.
