The sunlight streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows in our Annex creates quite the contrast with the Victorian railway arches next door. When you book The Annex & Arch 1 Combined, you're getting two completely different atmospheres that work brilliantly together, giving your guests variety as they move through the 3,100 square feet of space. We find most parties start in the bright Annex, where natural light bounces off the white walls and your guests can gather with welcome drinks. The space feels fresh and open, perfect for those arrival moments when everyone's catching up. As the evening progresses, people naturally drift into Arch 1, where the original brickwork and curved ceiling create a more intimate vibe under our industrial lighting trusses. The combined space works particularly well for celebrations that need different zones. We've hosted birthday parties where the Annex became a cocktail area while Arch 1 transformed into a dance floor. Wedding receptions often use the bright space for dining before moving into the atmospheric arch for evening entertainment. With capacity for 180 guests at a reception, there's plenty of room for everyone to find their spot. Our PA system comes as standard, and the basic lighting throughout both spaces sets the foundation for whatever atmosphere you want to create. The pet-friendly policy means your four-legged friends can join the celebration, and with our BYO alcohol option, you can bring exactly what your guests love to drink. We're flexible with suppliers too, so whether you have a favourite caterer or want to bring in special entertainment, we'll work with them.
