We've transformed the 1st Floor at Cocobananas into a Brazilian beach party straight out of Rio. Vintage surfboards line the walls while colourful signs transport you from Battersea to the tropics. This isn't your typical London party space, we've crafted an escape where winter coats are forgotten at the door. Our long, multicoloured banquette wraps around the room, creating natural gathering spots where your guests can settle in with caipirinhas in hand. We've repurposed old barrels and crates into tables, each one telling its own story of beach adventures. The soft lighting catches the surfboards hanging overhead, casting playful shadows that dance across the space as the night unfolds. The caipirinha bar anchors the room, decorated with more surfboards suspended from the ceiling and beach treasures we've collected over the years. Our bartenders craft exotic cocktails while your guests lean against the bar, already feeling the sand between their toes despite being in central London. We can configure the 1st Floor for 150 guests in a reception layout, perfect for those parties where everyone's up and mingling. For more intimate gatherings, we arrange banquet seating for 40, though honestly, most groups prefer the energy of standing celebrations in this space. The Brazilian beach shack atmosphere keeps things relaxed yet energetic, exactly what you need for birthday parties, corporate celebrations, or any gathering where you want people to actually enjoy themselves.
