We've arranged the space with tufted banquette seating that curves around the room, paired with barrel tables and vibrant stools that keep conversation flowing as smoothly as the rum. Up to 100 of your friends can move freely through the space, or we can set up for 30 seated if you're planning a more intimate dinner party. Our bar takes centre stage, stocked with over 100 different rums from smooth Barbadian varieties to those Jamaican overproofs that really pack a punch. We serve drinks in coconut shells, smoking ceramic volcanoes, and hollowed-out pineapples, because proper presentation matters. The Mai Tais we mix use real orgeat syrup and quality rum, none of that premixed nonsense. Throughout your event, warm lighting mingles with neon signs while the playlist shifts from reggae to afrobeat to hip hop, keeping your dance floor packed.
