The Heather brings together the best of both worlds, where competitive Social Darts meets the buzz of a proper Edinburgh night out. Our semi-private space on the third floor of St James Quarter has become the go-to spot for groups who want their own corner of the action without missing out on the wider venue atmosphere. Five dart oches line the space, each with comfortable bench seating and those interactive screens that track every throw and keep score automatically. We've found groups love how the technology takes care of the maths, leaving everyone free to focus on the banter and competition. The room holds up to 130 standing, though most parties naturally flow between playing darts, grabbing drinks, and settling into the leather seating areas we've arranged throughout. Dark wood paneling runs along the walls, decorated with vintage frames and artwork that gives the space its own character. Strings of fairground lights overhead create that carnival atmosphere we're known for, while the large windows bring in plenty of natural light during daytime events. When evening hits, those same lights transform the room into something more theatrical. Our Gamesmaster runs the show here in The Heather, keeping tournaments moving and making sure everyone knows how to play, whether they're darts veterans or complete beginners.
