This expansive outdoor space sits at the heart of our 100-acre estate, offering something rather special for parties up to 250 seated guests. We've watched countless celebrations unfold here, from summer garden parties with guests spilling across the manicured grass to evening receptions where fairy lights transform the space into something magical. The lawn spreads generously around our central fountain, giving you plenty of room to create exactly the atmosphere you're after. Our grounds team keeps the grass pristine throughout the season, providing that quintessentially English garden setting. The rustic brick pavilion anchors one end of the lawn, where most hosts set up their bar service or buffet spread. Its covered area proves particularly useful when British weather threatens to intervene. Well-established hedges frame the entire space, creating natural privacy while maintaining that open-air feel parties need. We work with you to arrange white chairs and tables however suits your celebration best, whether that's long banquet-style rows or scattered round tables for a more relaxed feel. Many hosts add their own touches with balloons, bunting, or floral arrangements that complement our garden setting. The flexibility means we've hosted everything from corporate summer parties to milestone birthday celebrations here. You'll find us in southwest London, just a short walk from Barnes railway station. Central London sits only 20 minutes away by car, and we provide free parking for all your guests.
