When you combine the Wigston and Oadby rooms, you create one spectacular space that comfortably hosts 350 guests for seated dinners, with enough room left for everyone to hit the dance floor afterwards. The built-in dance floor sits ready for your first dance or those conference ice-breakers that actually work. Round tables dressed in white linens fill the space, while our team adds your choice of coloured chair sashes to match your theme. Gold and burgundy are popular choices, though we've wrapped chairs in everything from corporate blues to birthday pinks. The geometric carpet pattern adds a contemporary touch without overwhelming your decorations. Your own private bar keeps drinks flowing without queues, staffed by our team who know exactly when to offer champagne refills during speeches. The raised stage area works brilliantly for bands, presentations, or that moment when the birthday cake arrives. Large windows flood the room with natural light during day events, though we can black them out completely for evening atmospheres or projection needs. The private entrance means your guests bypass the main hotel completely, arriving directly into your event space.
