At 1 Hotel Mayfair, our Dovetale Restaurant transforms from an award-winning dining destination by day into one of Mayfair's most distinctive party venues by night. Two-Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers has created more than just a restaurant here; it's a space where culinary artistry meets celebration, just steps from Green Park Station. The hammered copper fireplace catches the eye first, its warm glow reflecting off our custom hand-stamped tables. We've designed the space to flow naturally between intimate corners and more open areas, accommodating up to 90 guests for seated dinners or expanding to welcome 250 for standing receptions. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Mayfair while filling the room with natural light that plays across the earthy tones and rich textures we've carefully chosen. Step through to our outdoor terrace and you'll find another dimension entirely. The elegant pergola creates an enchanting setting for cocktail parties, with additional seating woven among the greenery that characterizes our approach throughout the building.
