The Barn opens to reveal centuries of stories within its weathered timber frame. We've preserved this 17th-century building as part of Blakesley Hall Museum's historic landscape, where original oak beams stretch overhead and flagstone floors have welcomed countless gatherings since the 1600s. Wide barn doors transform the space, drawing garden views directly into your celebration. When thrown open, they connect your party to our herb gardens, where lavender and rosemary scent the air, creating natural flow between inside festivities and outdoor mingling. The interplay of light through these doors changes throughout the day, casting warm patterns across the stone floor as your event unfolds. We've configured the Barn to work beautifully for different occasions. For cocktail receptions and standing parties, we accommodate up to 60 guests who can move freely between the rustic interior and garden spaces. Prefer seated arrangements? We can arrange banquet seating for 40 or cabaret-style tables for the same number, letting you choose how your guests experience this historic space.
