We've hosted hundreds of corporate gatherings here on the Conference on the Thames, and the combination of professional facilities with those moving Thames views creates something genuinely special for business events. Our main conference deck accommodates 120 in theatre style, though we regularly reconfigure for cabaret, boardroom or classroom layouts depending on what works for your agenda. The large flatscreen at the front connects seamlessly with our AV system, including projector and PA equipment that our technical team knows inside out. The soft blue ceiling adds calm to the space, while the abundance of natural light keeps everyone alert through long meeting days. What makes conferences here different is the movement. As discussions unfold, Big Ben drifts past one window, then Tower Bridge appears through another. We've noticed how these changing views energise networking breaks, when guests spill onto our open decks, coffee in hand, with the London Eye as backdrop. The temperature-controlled interior means comfort whatever the weather, and our wheelchair-accessible design with lifts to all floors ensures everyone can participate fully. Our vessel accommodates up to 250 for standing receptions or 170 seated, giving flexibility for different event phases. The in-house catering team brings everything from working lunch buffets to formal dining, all prepared in our onboard kitchens. They understand the rhythm of river conferences, timing service perfectly between presentation segments. Based near Westminster and Waterloo stations, we're easy for delegates to reach. Our events team handles the logistics while you focus on content, transforming standard conferences into memorable experiences that get people talking long after they've disembarked.
