Rich burgundy walls wrap around our Private Dining Room, creating an atmosphere that feels both grand and intimate. Up to 20 guests can gather around the long table, where white chairs and warm lighting set the stage for memorable conversations over Mediterranean cuisine. We've positioned this first-floor retreat away from the main restaurant buzz, giving your group the privacy to celebrate, strategize, or simply enjoy each other's company. The room transforms depending on your needs. Corporate teams use it for working lunches where ideas flow as freely as our house sangria (though perhaps saved for after the presentations). Birthday parties take on a special glow here, with candlelight reflecting off the artwork while plates of tapas keep appearing from our kitchen. We've hosted everything from anniversary dinners to product launches in this space, each event bringing its own energy to those burgundy walls. Our monthly changing 3-course set menu gives structure to formal occasions, while the Tapas Experience creates a more relaxed atmosphere where sharing plates encourages conversation. The kitchen team prepares everything fresh, bringing Mediterranean flavors that complement whatever you're celebrating. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable, and the flatscreen TV connects easily for presentations when business calls. Being in Glasgow's Merchant City means your guests can reach us easily, with transport links nearby and the city center's energy just outside. Our alcohol licence runs until 3am with extensions available, though most private dining events find their natural rhythm long before then. The wifi keeps everyone connected when needed, though we find the conversation usually takes precedence once the food arrives. This room works best for groups who want their own space without feeling isolated from the Mediterranean magic happening throughout our three floors.
