The Quiet Space lives up to its name, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling energy of our Chaplin Bar downstairs. This flexible function room welcomes up to 50 standing guests or seats 40 theatre-style, making it particularly popular with casting directors who appreciate the dedicated foyer where performers can prepare before auditions. Natural light pours through the large windows, creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and calming. We've kept the design deliberately minimal, with neutral tones that won't distract from presentations or interfere with filming. The open layout means production teams can easily rearrange furniture for different camera angles, while corporate groups can switch from boardroom to workshop setup in minutes. Every technical detail has been considered: air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during intensive rehearsals, while our PA system handles everything from microphone work to backing tracks. The projector and flipchart serve training sessions and pitches equally well, and reliable Wi-Fi means streaming demonstrations run smoothly. What sets this space apart is the adjoining foyer, furnished with comfortable seating where participants naturally gather between sessions. Casting teams tell us this separate waiting area transforms their workflow, giving actors somewhere proper to compose themselves rather than queuing in corridors. Just outside, you'll find our shared breakout kitchen where groups prepare refreshments or catch up over coffee. While this kitchen serves multiple meeting rooms, most find it adds an unexpected benefit, creating opportunities to connect with other creative professionals using our facilities. Walking here takes just minutes from Waterloo Station or Lambeth North Underground. Ground floor access means equipment arrives easily, whether that's camera gear for filming or presentation materials for corporate events. Our bar downstairs often hosts wrap parties after productions conclude, keeping celebrations conveniently under one roof.

The way I have been told made me think that the kitchen area is belonging to the meeting room 1, however it turns out it is a shared area. Luckily, this afternoon wasn't busy at all and we managed to use it as we expect. Hope you can describe it clearly in future.

This was a great venue and fairly priced. The communal kitchen was a great feature as we were there for a relaxed customer meeting and this format worked really well for us

fantastic service, great venue and facilities at a good price. We had a wheel chair user in our group and the venue is fully accessible and they were attentive and service orientated to all. Some of the team stayed at the hotel too the night before, again great service....

Our first time using Zipcube for an office meeting space so we were a little nervous but we loved the space and everything was set up exactly how we had requested. We will definitely be using Zipcube again for future meeting spaces

This was a lovely venue for a meeting. The break out area for coffee made meeting people before the start of the meeting less formal.

Besides not having any windows, this is a great space with polite staff.
