The Stable and The Saddle rooms sit at the heart of our Victorian pub, where original wood floors creak with over a century of celebrations. These two adjoining rooms flow together when you need space for 90 standing guests, or we can arrange them more intimately for 73 seated diners around our mix of vintage and modern tables. Walking into The Stable, you'll notice how daylight pours through the large windows, catching the gleam of our polished mahogany bar tucked into the corner. We've kept the eclectic artwork that previous landlords collected over the decades, each piece adding its own story to your event. Come evening, our chandeliers cast the kind of warm light that makes everyone look their best in photos. The Saddle connects seamlessly, giving you flexibility most venues can't match. We regularly reconfigure the space for different celebrations, from 21st birthdays where guests spill between both rooms, to corporate presentations using our projector and PA system for 30 people theatre-style. The private bar means your guests never queue for drinks, and our bartenders know exactly how to keep the atmosphere flowing. Our kitchen serves the same seasonal British menu we're known for downstairs, adapted for your event. Whether you're planning canapés or a full three-course dinner, everything comes from the same local suppliers we've worked with for years. The technical setup includes Wi-Fi throughout, a flatscreen TV for presentations or photo slideshows, plus whiteboards and flipcharts when needed. Parsons Green Station is literally steps away, and we're happy to direct your guests to the paid parking options nearby.
