Our Ballroom transforms corporate events and celebrations with floor-to-ceiling windows that capture the Thames as it bends around Canary Wharf. When the river catches the morning light or evening reflections dance across the water, your guests experience something beyond a typical event space. The towering ceilings and warm wood paneling create an atmosphere where 280 people can mingle comfortably during cocktail receptions, or 200 can sit down to dinner without feeling cramped. The space divides smoothly into two sections when you need separate areas for different parts of your event. We've hosted everything from product launches that use both sections for presentations and networking, to wedding receptions where one side becomes a dance floor while the other remains set for dining. The pre-function area gives your guests room to gather before entering the main space, perfect for registration desks or welcome drinks. Every technical detail has been considered. High-speed Wi-Fi reaches every corner, projectors and flatscreen TVs are positioned for clear sightlines, and our audio system handles both background music and keynote speeches with equal clarity. The natural daylight flooding through those riverside windows means daytime events feel bright and energising, though we can adjust the ambiance completely for evening celebrations. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Westferry Station just a short walk away. For those driving, we offer paid parking on-site, and overnight guests can take advantage of our hotel rooms upstairs. Our kitchen team prepares menus featuring Italian, British and European dishes, though you're welcome to work with external caterers if you prefer. The Ballroom adapts to corporate conferences needing theatre-style seating for 220, cabaret layouts for 117, or classroom arrangements for 135 delegates.
