The Roof Terrace feels like our little secret, tucked away on the mezzanine level where most guests don't even know it exists. When the lift doors open and you step out onto actual grass in the middle of Marylebone, people's faces genuinely light up. We've strung fairy lights overhead that catch the evening breeze, and the mix of wooden and metal chairs means everyone finds their preferred perch. That stone birdbath in the centre? It's become an unexpected conversation starter at countless parties. The terrace comfortably holds 35 people for drinks or 20 for a proper sit-down dinner, though we find most groups prefer the relaxed standing format where people can wander between the planted areas and seating clusters. Our chefs work directly with you to create menus that suit your event, whether that's canapés that won't drip on summer dresses or heartier fare for autumn evenings. We keep blankets on hand because London weather does what it wants, and there's something rather lovely about guests wrapped up with wine in hand as the city lights begin to twinkle. The bar stays open until 11 PM, giving you plenty of time to make the most of those long summer evenings or cosy winter gatherings. Baker Street Station is practically on our doorstep, making it simple for guests to pop over after work. We've hosted everything from surprise birthday parties where the guest genuinely had no idea (the separate mezzanine access helps) to small wedding receptions where couples wanted something different from a traditional ballroom. The Wi-Fi reaches every corner, though honestly, most people forget about their phones once they're up here. The space works beautifully from April through October, though we've had some magical December parties with heaters and mulled wine that guests still talk about.
