The Grand Gallery transforms a former 19th-century Unitarian chapel into Birmingham's most characterful event space. Walking through the original arched doorway, you'll find yourself beneath soaring vaulted ceilings where contemporary chandeliers cast warm light across the restored architectural details. This is where Digbeth's creative energy meets historical grandeur, creating an atmosphere that gets people talking before your event even begins. We've kept the chapel's best features, those towering windows that flood the space with natural light during daytime gatherings and create dramatic silhouettes come evening. The high ceilings give your 200 guests room to breathe, while the original arched windows and doors frame conversations beautifully. Our oak-panelled bar anchors one end of the gallery, ready to serve drinks throughout your celebration. The space works brilliantly for fashion shows, where models can make dramatic entrances beneath the vaulted arches, or for networking events where the mix of velvet armchairs and vintage sofas creates natural conversation zones. We've arranged the seating atop elegant rugs to define different areas while maintaining flow throughout the gallery.
