When your party needs proper space to breathe, London 7, 8, 9 delivers 546 square metres of completely flexible event space. This section of our London Suite runs 39 metres long and 14 metres wide, with those impressive 5-metre ceilings that make even large gatherings feel comfortable rather than cramped. The pillar-free design means we can configure the room exactly how you need it. We regularly host reception-style parties for up to 550 guests, where people actually have room to move between conversations. For seated dinners or cabaret-style events, we comfortably accommodate 300, with proper spacing between tables so service runs smoothly and guests aren't climbing over each other. Our lighting system transforms from bright and functional during setup to whatever atmosphere your event needs. We've programmed everything from subtle amber washes for elegant dinners to full-colour party modes that pulse with the music. The contemporary ceiling design and patterned carpeting provide a smart backdrop that works with most decoration schemes, not against them. The technical infrastructure handles whatever your event throws at it. Our audiovisual setup includes multiple projection points and flatscreen displays positioned so everyone can see, plus a sound system that fills the space evenly. The Wi-Fi bandwidth copes with hundreds of guests posting simultaneously, and the air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable even when the dance floor's packed. Getting here couldn't be simpler, just a short walk from West Brompton station. Our free car park out front has plenty of spaces for those driving, and the whole venue is step-free accessible with automatic doors and wide corridors throughout.
