The Art Deco Listed Library catches everyone off guard when they first step through its doors. Rich wood paneling wraps around the walls while natural light pours through our original stained glass windows, creating shifting patterns of colour across the intricate parquet flooring. This Grade II listed space transforms throughout the day, from morning presentations under the glow of our circular modern light fixtures to evening cocktail receptions where guests gather beneath the striking mural that dominates one wall. We've hosted everything from book launches with authors reading from the balcony to corporate celebrations where teams spread across both levels. The library accommodates 80 seated guests comfortably, or up to 100 for standing receptions. That balcony isn't just decorative, it gives your guests somewhere to retreat for quieter conversations while still feeling part of the main event below. Our location, just a short walk from South Kensington Underground station, means your guests can arrive easily from anywhere in London.
