At the very top of No.1 Spinningfields, our Exclusive Hire space transforms Manchester into your personal playground, with the entire city spread out beneath floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the room. This is 20 Stories at its most spectacular, where up to 550 guests can celebrate amongst the clouds, or 180 can sit down to dinner with views that steal the show. The space itself is a brilliant mix of polished concrete, warm woods and unexpected touches of greenery, with plants cascading from the ceiling and softening the industrial edges. By day, natural light pours through those massive windows, turning the room golden. Come evening, the city lights create their own theatre, with Manchester's skyline becoming part of your party backdrop. Our outdoor terrace is where things get really special. Step outside with a cocktail in hand and you're literally on top of the world, with sleek furniture positioned perfectly for sunset drinks or late-night conversations under the stars. The terrace flows seamlessly from the main room, giving your guests the freedom to move between inside and out as the mood takes them. We've thought through every practical detail too. Our PA system handles everything from background music to full DJ sets, while air conditioning keeps things comfortable even when the dance floor heats up.
