À propos de The Jabberwocky
40 Réception
The Jabberwocky awaits your party beneath the buzz of King's Road, where bold floral wallpaper meets exposed brick and dark wooden floors ground the whole experience. We've created this semi-private hideaway for up to 40 standing guests who appreciate cocktails served with a side of personality. Your guests will find themselves drawn to the plush sofas with vibrant cushions, perfect for those mid-party conversations that somehow become the highlight of the evening. Our dedicated bar, complete with high stools, keeps the craft cocktails flowing, each one mixed by bartenders who treat their work like performance art. The backdrop of artistic decor and that striking wallpaper creates conversations before anyone's even spoken. We've watched engagement parties unfold here with proposals getting re-enacted for latecomers, birthday celebrations where the cake arrives at midnight just because, and networking events where business cards get forgotten in favour of genuine connections. The space has its own music system, so whether you're after jazz undertones or something that gets everyone moving, we can accommodate. External catering means you can bring in whatever food matches your vision, from canapés that disappear in seconds to full dining experiences for 20 seated guests. Our alcohol licence runs until 2am, giving you proper time to let the evening develop naturally. The separate entrance means your party feels properly yours, while still being part of the Callooh Callay energy. Transport home is straightforward, with buses and the tube nearby, though we've noticed guests often linger longer than planned. The Jabberwocky works for those after-work gatherings that deserve better than a generic bar, Christmas parties that people actually remember, and any celebration where conventional venues just won't do.
