When you book the Whole Guild Hall Hire at Salters' Hall, you're taking over every corner of this Grade II listed building at 4 London Wall Place, just minutes from Moorgate Station. Our Main Hall forms the heart of your event, with its soaring vaulted ceiling creating acoustics that amplify both speeches and string quartets perfectly. We've hosted 130-guest seated dinners beneath these ash-paneled walls, though most clients prefer the energy of standing receptions where 300 people flow naturally between conversations. The built-in projector and PA system handle presentations smoothly, while those tall windows flood the space with natural light that photographers love. Through the heavy oak doors, the Court Room offers something completely different. Rosewood paneling and stained glass create an atmosphere where serious conversations happen naturally. We've seen major deals signed at that polished table, though it works equally well for intimate wedding ceremonies. Our Dining Room, with its deep red carpeting and formal table setting, suits those multi-course celebration dinners where every detail matters. Between April and September, David Hicks' garden design comes into its own, with 150 guests mingling among the planted borders during summer parties or using it as breathing space during all-day conferences. The Anti Room and Salt Lobby give you extra flexibility, whether you need exhibition space, somewhere for the band to set up, or quiet corners for those important side conversations.
