The Balcony Bar opens directly onto Leicester Square, where up to 80 guests can drink in both cocktails and West End views. We've positioned blue umbrellas above metal chairs and tables across this outdoor terrace, creating pockets of shade during sunny afternoons and intimate spots for evening gatherings. When the theatre crowds pass below and the square lights up, there's something special about holding a perfectly mixed martini while perched above one of London's most famous locations. Step through from the terrace and you'll find our interior bar space, where rich leather seating runs along walls covered in vintage paintings and ornate mirrors. The marble-topped bar stretches across one side, bottles arranged precisely behind our bartenders who know their way around both classic recipes and contemporary creations. We keep the space at 50 for seated dinners, though most prefer the flow of a standing reception where conversations move as freely as the drinks. Our corner of the Empire Casino means we can serve until 5:30am, making us one of the few Leicester Square venues where after-parties actually last. The PA system handles everything from background jazz during corporate gatherings to proper sound levels when DJs take over later. Natural light floods through during afternoon events, while our lighting design transforms the space once darkness falls. Transport couldn't be simpler, with Leicester Square station literally on our doorstep and Piccadilly Circus a three-minute walk. We handle product launches, birthday celebrations, corporate entertainment, engagement parties, whatever brings you to the West End. Our kitchen adapts menus for dietary requirements without compromising on the modern British flavours we're known for. The combination of outdoor terrace, late licence, and prime location makes the Balcony Bar particularly suited to events that start sophisticated and end memorable.
