Weathered wooden beams stretch across the ceiling of our Basement Restaurant & Bar, where industrial pillars meet plush velvet chairs and those famous fur throws that guests can't resist photographing. This is where The Sipping Room's heart beats strongest, 120 of you standing with cocktails in hand or 100 seated around candlelit tables for dinner. The bar commands attention with its sleek wooden counter and shelves lined with spirits from small-batch gins to aged whiskies. Our bartenders work their magic here while warm lighting catches the amber tones in whisky glasses and makes champagne bubbles dance. We've arranged the space so conversations flow naturally, whether you're hosting a 40th birthday bash, wedding reception, or that corporate party where everyone actually wants to stay late. Potted plants soften the industrial edges, while colourful glassware adds personality to each table setting.
