Our whole lower ground floor transforms into whatever your event needs it to be. With space for 200 guests, we've hosted everything from product launches and corporate conferences to networking receptions and creative workshops in this adaptable venue. The industrial-inspired space features soaring ceilings with exposed ductwork that gives it real character, while our carefully positioned lighting creates just the right atmosphere whether you're presenting to a packed theatre-style audience or hosting drinks for industry colleagues. The polished concrete floors and neutral palette mean your branding takes centre stage, and we've seen some brilliant transformations over the years. We've built in all the technical infrastructure you'll need, with our projector and PA system ready to handle presentations, panel discussions or entertainment. When companies need breakout sessions, the space divides smoothly into two separate workshop studios, each maintaining that same contemporary feel. Our cabaret setup works particularly well for interactive sessions where teams need space to collaborate, comfortably seating 80 with room to move around.
