The Basement at Dirty Martini Manchester transforms your event into something extraordinary. Our underground space on Peter Street combines the energy of Manchester's nightlife with the flexibility you need for any celebration, from milestone birthdays to company parties. Step down into the Basement and you'll find yourself in a space that feels both intimate and expansive. Warm ambient lighting plays across geometric patterns on the walls and floor, while plush seating in rich jewel tones creates distinct zones throughout the room. We can accommodate up to 250 guests for cocktail-style receptions or configure the space for 50 seated guests, with our large booths offering perfect spots for conversation away from the main floor. Our private bar runs the length of one wall, staffed across eight stations to keep drinks flowing smoothly throughout your event. The dedicated DJ booth becomes the heart of the party when the lights dim, and yes, we have disco lights ready to transform the space into your own private club. The sound system fills every corner without overwhelming conversation, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even when the dance floor heats up. We've thought through the practical details too. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire space, and our projector and PA system mean you can seamlessly incorporate presentations or speeches into your event. Our kitchen team creates everything from substantial canapés to full dining experiences, with vegan and gluten-free options always available. Private cloakroom facilities and toilets mean your guests never need to leave the Basement during your event. Transport couldn't be simpler, with both Deansgate and Manchester Oxford Road stations just minutes away. Our experienced events team works with you to configure the space exactly as you envision, whether that's an elegant cocktail reception or an all-out celebration that continues into the early hours.
